It was the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. I was very up font with the owner on the fact that I intended on having a cook out following our beach wedding. She then went I a kick of adding charges everywhere she could then when I tried to talk about them she got very short and rude. I tried to explain it was a BBQ not some huge party. She got really rude and basically ended the phone conversation. Her time is apparently to valuable to deal with a potential customer. The property appears to be beautiful but I would pay ten times more somewhere else just so I didn't have to deal with her. If they don't own the property I hope the owner finds a new rental company. If they do I'm sure it won't last long.
Description of Work: I contacted the owner to rent their home for a long weekend. Following a beach wedding in florida.
