Roberta was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and kept us informed during the entire process - which was important because we were out of town. She asked a lot of questions before even going to our house. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with her service and the quality of her work.

We had an appointment set up. This was based on a phone conversation we had and agreed to a week prior. When Robin did not show at the schedule time, I called her. She indicated that I was not in her "book" and did not recall who I was or the work to be performed. At that point, I indicated to her that I would find someone else as she was obviously busy. I can't comment on the technical ability of the electrician, however I would find it hard to trust someone who cannot maintain the basics of scheduling a client.

Robin diagnosed the problem over the phone, asked me to take cell phone snaps so she could confirm the type of spotlight,then on her own hunted down the obsolete part in order to avoid a much bigger repair job, She did all this without my asking them to. They showed up on time, and fixed the problem very quickly - something another electrician could not do, and he still charged me! I won't use anyone else now.

Great! As always seems to be my luck, there were problems with hiding the wires but Robin assured me she would be able to get the job completed. However, because it was going to take much longer than expected, she and her team would have to schedule a follow up appointment. I appreciated her concern for staying on schedule for her other clients and would not have expected her to stay that day to do a job that was going to take way longer than normal due to the construction of my condo and nothing she could have foreseen. Robin and her team were always on time and did good work at a fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I expected this installation to be problematic. Only 1 fan would have an accessible ceiling box. The other 2 would have to have new boxes drilled in the ceiling and have new power lines installed. Having used KDC Electric before, however, I was confident that the owner and her staff would be able to handled any issues that arose. Aside from having to work in a a small, cramped and hot attic, the installation proved to have a number of issues. Most, if not all, of the issues were the result of the fans and switches being incompatible, despite being the same brand. KDC remained calm and courteous throughout the installation, despite less than helpful tech support from the fan manufacturer. The job took far longer than expected but I never felt that KDC was rushing through the job as the normal workday end approached. KDC Electric also had to return, at a later date, to our home to install a different switch, other than the switch provided by the manufacturer. KDC did not charge for the second service call. This was unexpected but representative of this service provider's professionalism and customer service. I have additional electrical work to be done later this year. I would not consider using any other electricians but KDC. While the majority of providers I have obtained through Angies' List over the last year have provided excellent service, KDE Elecetric has been outstanding. Thanks again, KDC!

The entire process, from contacting KDC through the installation process, was handled with both professionalism and courtesy. While not an especially complex installation, at all times I felt KDC Electric was treating my transaction as if it was the most important job scheduled for today. KDC was on time, perhaps a tad early, and did a thorough installation making sure all 3 fans wall control units were correctly configured to ensure independent operation. I have had bad experiences with other electricians who were not so careful in their installation resulting in the turning on of one unit turned multiple fans on. Both KDC professional were friendly and courteous while in my home and were responsive to any questions or concerned I raised. I would have no hesitation in both using KDC in the future and recommending their services.

They know what they are doing and tell you exactly what you are doing. They deal with you fairly and though the price is not the cheapest it is fair for the quality of work they provide. There were no issues scheduling. They also are trustworthy, reliable and good at communicating with their customers. I plan to have them come back for more work.

A contractor yesterday installed a new air conditioner. Apparently they did not have a 30 amp breaker so they took the breaker from the hot water heater and used it for the air conditioner replacing it with a 15 amp breaker. This morning when we tried to get hot water for the dishes, the circuit breaker for the hot water heater opened. We called KDC and were very fortunate that KDC could move some appointments around to service us the same day. Robyn was thorough and explained everything she did. We can highly recommend KDC for electrical needs.

Bought 6 ceiling fans and one didn't work. got a the run-around from Casblanca for more than a month. Finally, these folks came all the way up here from Naples. Diagnosed the issue, interacted with the company, and made it right. Outstanding service and clear ethical response to a complicated situation.
