+ -1 moreThey’re a terrible company. Bought a lot of flooring and they sold the wrong products and the owner Kayla was extremely rude. Do not buy from them they sale products they don’t stand behind. Kayla needs to learn customer service skills. I wouldn’t give any stars what a joke they are.

+ 0 moreThey did an incredible job. They did an awesome job.
Description of Work: They did it twice, because they did my whole house and then they stopped at the bathrooms because I had to rip out the bathroom. You can't even tell where they stopped and started, they did an incredible job. They did my whole floor and my patio in twenty inch tiles, and they did my bathroom. It was a tub to shower conversion, they did both bathrooms actually. One they had to rip out the top. That was taking the tub out, doing the whole shower. They put a bench in. I think that was both bathrooms, the floor. The other was around the tub, but I had a new tub put in, but I bought the tub.

+ -1 moreWe bought copper tiles from KC and in around 6 months the copper tiles started to fall apart. They are telling us that they aren't responsible for the tiles because they didn't make them. They aren't standing by their product and are being very uncooperative.
