K-2 DESIGN GROUP

Started off great when they were trying to get us to go with their contractor for the finished project and we declined...it went sour! The owner, Jenny has a huge ego and will find it insulting if you don't love everything she recommends! Totally unprofessional..canceled many scheduled meetings and got into many disagreements with me when I insisted she completed the work on the contract! Jenny is a great designer but her attempts of playing contractor failed...Many of the ideas she offered us our chosen licensed contractor took one look at and said they could not be done. She became so focused on the money she could make if she saw the whole project through she-stopped focusing on the design piece. Comes off as very impressive with her list of past projects but i wonder how many clients would hire her a second time. The contractor she tried to have us hire had never done any previous work for her...hmmm did she not think we'd see that as odd??? In the end she did finish the worked laid out in the contract..not without a huge argument that resulting in her hanging up on me! (yes really!) The concepts were to my husband and I's taste but boy getting there was not worth it!!
