They were very quick response. They confirmed the source of problem. They placed bait stations. I thought they were expensive, but if the rats never return, i won't complain.

The pro that came out to my house was very nice and informative. he also help me with a few other plants around the house, letting me know that there was a fungus starting to develop on a few of my plants and that they could take care of that and also told me the cost. I did not end up having him complete the service that I requested because issues on my end, but once we get back up to speed I will definitely be contacting then back to finish the job.

Scott responded to my call and came to my home the next day. Very cool guy who knows his STUFF!!! Thanks Scott. I look forward to working with you to keep my house bug free.

The response was fantastic! Within 12 hours they arrived and set the bait traps for tree rats. They have guaranteed success in eradicating the rodents! Time will judge the level of success but I have high expectations!

They called me within 15 minutes of setting the appointment on Home Advisor and they arrived the next day right on time. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. We signed up for additional services and had some palm trees treated. So far, we are pleased with the pricing and the services. The services we contracted for include follow up and treatment for a whole year which seems very affordable.

Joshua was friendly, courteous from the first phone call, to the initial meet and greet, when he was running late on that first meeting he called ahead to let me know. I had my first actual service yesterday and until I see how my lawn does I will withhold my opinion on the of the service provided, hence the one star on value for money. I had 2 other companies come and provide information about my lawn and what it needed and I decided to got with Just Like Rain based on the customer service and knowledge that Joshua provided. I WILL provide an update in about 3 to 6 months after the company has had a chance to make a change in my lawn. But at this point I would recommend them, give them a try just as I am.
