The owner was personable and helpful on the phone. The technician called to change his appointment from the time the owner had set up for me, but it was not a problem. Tech arrived on time and was very nice and professional. Our indoor insect issue is resolved. The owner had indicated that perhaps the issue with small bugs on our lanai might be improved, but it was not....however, I did not really expect improvement there.

After we entered our request on Home Advisor, Just Like Rain called the next day and came out the very next day. We hired them and within one hour they completed their first application of pest control. The owner was very friendly and seemed very honest and trustworthy! We look forward to working with them.

They came to my home the day I first called them, they gave me a price for yearly service, I hired them and they did the first treatment right then. I've since called back, it seems these ants are really bad, they came back out right away and treated again. They will continue to monitor and treat as needed.

I was impressed with what they offered and their professionalism. However they have only provide pest control once. Time will tell. I am very hopeful.
