The workmen were very courteous and polite. They were very efficient. They came to my condo, hauled the stuff out and down the stairs, and left. My experience with the office staff was very pleasant - - my original contact, setting the day and time, follow-up reminders, and settling the bill all were pleasant experiences.

The workers took their sweet time loading the debris (Talking, listening to music, Carrying small amounts of debris at a time) The loads were not filled to the capacity of the container but charged the full price. Certainly, they did not meet my expectations at all. I do have to say everyone was very courteous and polite.
