Badly. Contractor lied about amount of mulch delivered

Good job, looks great, I was away at te time and had no input on the job but it was done quite well.

Very good. Juan showed up with 3 guys and finished up early.

Would really recommend Juan's Lawn Service. They did a terrific job and hauled away all of the debris and then some. I plan on hiring for additional work.

Juan was terrific. He was friendly, punctual, and professional. I've already hired him a second time to spread more mulch.

He does more than just the landscaping. He's also an electrician; he's done some work for me. He also does tree trimming. He's quite a handyman. He's done some change out work for me and he does anything I ask him to. He's pretty much up to any job. I would highly recommend him. He is very punctual and comes every week. He cuts our grass, fixes sprinklers, and trims trees. I use him for quite a lot of different things. If I call him, he comes right away.

I have used him before but the quote that I received was just too high.

Everything went great. Juan is easy to work with.

Took a few tries but finally got in touch with Juan. He scheduled a time to come out during the week but did not show. He called and said he would be in over the weekend as he does work in the community but again did not show. He then just showed up at the door one day with a truck and another guy. We discussed what I wanted done and he said he would get me a price on the stone. I told him my wife was due to deliver our second child soon and he said that he could schedule around that. He showed up to the house the first week of August while I was staying in the hospital with my wife. My Dad was home but, since we were not expecting anyone, did not know what to tell Juan. Juan said he knew what to do and would get to work. Juan then proceeded to cut the lawn, edge the lawn, and trim our existing bushes despite not being asked to do any of this. This work was well done but not what he was supposed to do. He told my Dad we would need 150 square feet of stone which my Dad told him to go ahead with. We have not heard from Juan since then despite repeated emails and phone calls. There is no way that the work they did amounted to 8 man hours of work. I maintain my own lawn and complete in two hours with a walk behind mover and weed wacker everything that two guys with heavy machinery did. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I've used Juan many times beginning approx a year ago when I purchased this same deal. He was so good and so personable that I have invited him back several other times to do a variety of other projects... planting approx 50 Clusia bushes and 4 trees as well as providing many more pallets of mulch. Juan is a family man, seeks very good English, is fair in his pricing and always willing to do more work. I'll continue using him, I'm sure.

They are still doing my lawn care, but they are actually horrible. I really need to get someone else as soon as possible. I just hired them for the mulch. I got a quote for the lawn care, but they are just not good. They charged more than the big deal price. I would never use them again. He is not like a bad guy, but he is just not good. They are not the worst thing in the world.

First got Juan's Lawn Service through Angie's List. Have used his service several times since to do or correct work not done by Association Landscape Service. Juan is great! Knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and hard working. Definitely would use his service again and highly recommend.

They have done nothing except send 1 email asking to do the service on 6/19/14, which I agreed to by sending an email and leaving a voice message for Juan on 6/18/14. He has made no attempt to contact me back, that is why I am asking for my money back. I did speak to a young woman on 6/30/14, she told me Juan would contact me on 7/3/14, he has not.

I purchased a big deal on-line. I emailed the provider at least twice. I have had zero response. This wastes my time.

My original review was very negative because I tried several times to contact Juan and he was unresponsive. Once he finally called to schedule the work I learned that he was out of the country for two weeks. I accepted that as a reasonable excuse although he really should have found a way to keep his customers informed. He did the work yesterday and I even doubled the order with him. He installed good looking mulch in our yard and it looks great. He had a helper that was polite and professional as well. They were neat and kept everything looking great. I am also speaking with Juan about doing additional work in the future. He is a good guy. Please don't let recent criticism of him sway you from trying him. He's hard working and conscientious and just made a mistake by being away without telling his customers.

I paid for the service. Sent an email with times that I would be available. He never showed. He never called. He never returned an email. I paid in full. I even emailed yesterday and never got a response. I asked to please refund my money

The service worked out okay. He didn't do such a good job as I had expected, but he did a good job. There was no additional charge. They took away all the debris.

Everything was fine. Juan is very friendly and professional. Taking the debris to the landfill was an additional cost. $50.00. But worth it. We will continue to hire them for yard maintenance.

They are polite and professional. They are very dependable and timely. They make sure to clean up my yard before mowing.
