Jim Lytell Marble Restoration and Maintenance

So I contacted this company and Chris their sales rep came and quoted a price. I scheduled the appointment for the work to be done and took off work to accommodate their schedule. Then I requested a certificate of insurance due to the cost of the barn shower doors and protecting my investment. When speaking with their office assistant I inquired about the time and if the quote would meet the tome frame for the work to be done which was supposed to be 3/4 to a whole day of work. upon concluding the call and getting clarification on my concerns, a few hours later they called cancelled last minute stating that they feel its in MY BEST INTEREST that I seek another company that would be better to provide services. I spoke with the office gal again and said why, she said cause of the price. I said I am the adult and accepted the price and just had needed clarification on some items. I think she spoke with the company owner, who wouldn't speak directly to me and get exactly what this idiot of an assistant misrepresented my concerns as. What a ******** excuse! They felt that they were looking out for my best interests?! What am I child?! Or is this something they tell their clients so they can sleep at night. I wouldn;t recommend these clowns. What a waste of my time!
