Impact Storm Protection

For those of you who live in SW Florida, I must caution you to avoid business with Impact Storm Protection (ISP) which is owned by Eric Crews. In October of 2021 I signed a contract to have hurricane resistant sliding glass doors and windows installed on two lanais of a condominium. The doors and windows were installed in July 2022. The remaining tasks to be done are an inspection, some final caulking, and installation of some brackets. In August of 2022 I decided to place the condominium on the realty market, so I informed Mr. Crews of that fact. I am still waiting for those remaining tasks to be completed. I made a payment on 08/12/22 with the balance due when these tasks were completed. I have emailed Mr. Crews 5 times since 07/28/22 to address these issues without a response. Additionally, I have had 8 conversations with a lawyer about the situation. There have been 16 email exchanges between the title company, ISP, the realtor, and the lawyer since 12/29/22. The condominium has been under contract since 12/21/22. We have postponed the closing 2 times. I have experienced Mr. Crews’ behavior as insolent, derelict, and reprehensible. Therefore, I caution you once again to avoid business with Impact Storm Protection.

Had a repair situation which was NOT handled at all. Owner (Eric) never returned phone calls and lacked any semblance of professionalism. There are other companies doing the same installations and I would beg anyone looking for an installation to look at everyone else first. This company is a loser!
