iHospital Naples

I considered purchasing a new ipad after I broke the glass on mine but changed my mind when I shopped for a new one. As I was shopping I asked the attendant if they knew where I could get it fixed. The young man at Target suggested ihospital. Maybe it was the name that got me but it could also be that they only work on apple products. I arrived at the store and it looked like a hospital waiting room. When the young man came out of the area behind the glass he was dressed in scrubs. He was also very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He told me that normally it could be fixed in a day but he was waiting on parts and I could leave it there or bring it back after the weekend. I chose to leave it there so that it could be fixed as soon as the parts came in. He called me on Saturday to say that it was ready but I was out of town. I picked it up on Monday and was very pleased. Yes I would use them again.

Brought my computer in due to power issues. They gave me other options to attempt prior to repair. After those options didn't work, that's when they did the repair. The price was very fair. And they even completed the job four days before they had estimated. Much cheaper than buying a new computer. No doubt that I'll bring my computer back in if new issues arise..
