+ -1 moreOne of the worst contractors I’ve ever dealt with in Naples! DO NOT USE!!!! They will bring “new” electrical parts that are “faulty” then charge you for their electrician to drive to and from Home Depot to get replacements, billing $150/hour!! Awful customer service that takes weeks to respond. Extremely rude!!

+ -1 moreMark was excellent. He did everything we asked and was nice and professional. My only issue is with the way they charge. They have a higher first hour rate, which is fine. They have a one hour minimum, which is fine. But they start the meter running when they leave the prior job. So we were 45 minutes into the first hour by the time they arrived. I was surprised by this when I got the bill, but I guess that's there policy. As noted, the actual work was excellent.
Description of Work: We had a wiring issue with an outdoor ceiling fan and a couple of other minor electrical issues

+ -1 moreDid not go well. I had asked owner to contact other merchant to coordinate needed service - this was not done and it cost us time and extra expense. Technician cut holes in dry wall of walls and ceilings that needed to be repaired at our expense. Company promised to add fixtures that could not be added.
