Description of Work: From the estimate to the move everyone was wonderful to deal with. Anthony and Jeffery, the movers, were wonderful and patient and careful with all of our items. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Description of Work: I had a great experience with this moving company. The first person I met was Dan when he came to my home to give me an estimate. He was very nice and made sure I stayed on budget. On moving day Manny and Pee Wee arrived on time and were very efficient. The move ended up costing less than the estimate because these guys were really moving fast! I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: Honest and True Moving Crew were phenominal! We had a lot of stuff and due to an illness we did not get it all packed up. Their movers packed it all and labeled the boxes and not a thing was broken! Joe told us not to worry and he was right. Things could not have gone better from our end of things!

Description of Work: John & Gary from Honest & True loaded both my 5X10 storage unit, and the contents of my 3 bedroom home into a Penske Truck for me. I then drove the truck to Georgia. These two guys were awesome! They worked incredibly well as a team, getting the job done quickly & carefully. John packed the truck, and did so with great skill. The contents did not shift or move on the entire trip to Georgia. |They werepunctual and professional, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Honest & True moving crew for any type of moving service you may need.

Description of Work: Two young movers arrived ten minutes before scheduled time, but I was charged only when the first item was loaded onto their truck. They were expedient and asked all the right questions. I was still packing odds and ends. About a little over an hour later, they took a water break and then we were on our way to my storage facility which went even smoother. They packed everything into the unit. efficiently. The time stopped when the last item was placed inside the unit. The only few things that bothered me was that the mattress pads they used and taped to my belongings for safety during the ride over, cost a pretty penny per. I was only notified of the price after all was packed inside. I happened to actually have a couple more of my own personal pads that could have been used instead had I known. After much back and forth on the phone that hot day outside, I was given the choice to remove them (not a good idea seeing it was protecting a glass desk) or I could rent them. (Paying full price now, but upon return (as I would be moving again within the next month or so) they could discount it off my next service.). What was I to do? The second issue was the total price. Using Angie's lust I was told I would receive an additional 10% off the move price. So, in total, there was the trip fee, the per hour/two men fee. I don't remember the exact financial breakdown at the moment (I used the service a month ago). But it took the mover about twenty minutes to do the math. Um... I calculated the total myself and compares notes to help him. I'm an honest person though, and I don't know how many people would be... I gave them a 20% tip and they were on their way. I would certainly use them again and plan on it in the next month. Hopefully they are better prepared when it comes to the bill this time. ;)

Description of Work: We moved in two stages with belongings stored between moves. Everything about the two moves was identical except that the move in was on the second (rather than first) floor. the owner, Joseph Pelletier, encouraged us to hire three men for the second move and insisted it would save us money. the first move -- using two men -- cost $760; the second move -- using three men -- cost $990. When we questioned the pricing, Joseph sent an e-mail saying we didn't understand the difference in circumstances. What is most disappointing about this experience is that Joseph assured us that using three men would save us money, which turned out to be untrue. I'd highly suggest that if you use Honest and True you get everything in writing in advance because they are not honest or true.
