+ -1 moreJerry, the inspector, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His inspection seemed quite thorough, and he did take the time to explain the deficiencies, and suggest remedies. My only complaint was that after all the a la carte pricing, they were almost 50% more expensive than the inspector I originally planned on using.
Description of Work: I hired Homecheck Systems to perform a Home Inspection on a home we were purchasing. I assumed that I would be getting a complete inspection of the home, but after talking to the inpector I found that the "General Inspection" we had contracted for did not cover Pest Inspections, Wind Mitigation and Radon. These services are offered a la carte as extra inspections for additional fees. This is fairly standard, although some inspectors do include the Pest Inspection.
