Tom and his crew are excellent! I couldn't be happier with the whole process from selecting the fabric through to the final product. Everything was done in a timely manner, even in the busy Naples season. I definitely have other projects that I want to do and Tom will be the person I'll call.

"It went horrible as far as me feeling uncomfortable in my own home. telling someone "not a problem" over and over again is so condescending. Response should be yes sir or ma'am. Or maybe something like "sure I can or we can The owner Tom came to my home on 2 occasions and was very condescending. I felt when I was asking a question his response was like I was asking questions that I should not be asking. It was very uncomfortable during the whole process. When my husband walked in the door he never said hello or acknowledged him. RUDE!. Upon leaving he asked for a check from my mother's aide and assumed that I left the house. Why would I leave without letting him know without handing him the check or leaving it on the counter. Overall his attitude stinks.

7 of the cushions were the correct design but the wrong color. They took them back and will make new cushions at no cost.

We had used this company a couple of years ago to make a slider cornice and were so happy with the workmanship of the finished product we knew we'd use them again. We recently had a corner cornice made and two barstools recovered and reconstructed and again, the results were perfect. We have additional projects to finish in our home and we will certainly use them again.

The cushion and throw pillows were done in less than a week, The other items in under a month Team was courteous, punctual, and pleasant to work with. I'm thrilled with the results
