Hepp Sprinklers

They did a good job but it did seem expensive to move just one sprinkler head. We have had Hepp provide other services for us and have done a good job each time. When I asked about replacing other sprinkler heads, the gentleman didn't seem too interested in doing it. I know this is a very busy time of year for their services and he may have been a little tired but he didn't really seem to want my business very bad. Now that I have subscribed to Angie's list, I will check out some other businesses and get some estimates to see if the prices are more competitive.

I am happy with him. They are very professional. They have people skills and take their time to listen. They also take their time to make sure everything is done correctly.

Hepp Sprinkler redesigned and installed a 6 station sprinkler system with controller for our yard in 2008. The grass is green and the garden bountiful. The water coverage is excellent. Work was done to my stringent satisfation. We have been using Hepp for our irrigation needs since 2005. Prior to them replacing the system, we would use them to repair the old system. They were always prompt and efficient. We have not had any problems with the new system and have them winterize and restart the system every year.

This company advertises a "money back guarantee." That is a colossal joke! They do not know the irrigation business, they made a huge fundamental error on my system that left my basement flooded 2 feet deep, ruined thousands of dollars worth of property, resulting in heartache to me and my family and then they ran for the hills. When I got professionals involved, they pointed out that almost nothing Hepp had done met city code or was done in a competent way. Also, they had several companies within the family doing business under different names so watch out. After they damaged my home so badly, instead of doing anything to assist, they hired a lawyer and fought like the dickens to avoid any liability--even repudiating the advertised money back guarantee--I ended up paying out of pocket at least $10,000 cash, plus I lost priceless family treasures. I have noticed over the years that others have had similar unfortunate experiences--I would avoid them any way possible.

In addition to lacking the necessary knowledge and experience to work on sprinkler systems, this company is dishonest. They refused to honor their money back guarantee and I was forced to not only pay for the repairs and the damages but I lost thousands of dollars worth of personal property and had to pay for tens of thousands of dollars of damages to my home. They sometimes do business under other names so be very wary.
