 + -1 moreOverall it went very well. Henry worked closely with my wife to get what she wanted done while at the same time helping her make decisions. He is a real perfectionist which means you know whatever the task is will get done properly. When he installed our gate, he must have made at least 5 separate trips because the equipment was faulty, eventually replacing it entirely. Like with all of his work he gave us a written quote and stuck with it. We did not get any of the mission creep which occurs in many of the kinds of projects. He also recommended certain contractors to us for landscaping, pool and other that have worked out well at reasonable costs. I personally have grown to like Henry very much. My one comment about Henry is that if you are looking for something to be done on the cheap he is not your guy. He sees himself as a professional and wants to compensated in that way.
Description of Work: We had just purchased a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house in Naples on a short sale. It had been empty for 2 years and was in disrepair. Henry essentially rehabbed almost every aspect of the property, organizing for people to work long hours and weekends to get the job done in time for us to move in. He also did additional work for us over the next two years as we needed including installing a gate and hurricane windows.
