Right from the start, Barry was ready with comparables to help me price my house right. I had interviewed some other realtors so I know his recommended was in the ballpark. He answered all my questions and advised me on how to have my home prepped for showing. We had several low offers that we negotiated and within a month we got a fair offer and sold my home. He made sure that the buyer and I were separated during negotiations for everyone's benefit. He really provided full service and worked hard for a lower price than all the other full price brokers that just want the listing and are too busy to handle things.
