We bought a property in FL and purchased an Angie's List Deal with Harbold Carpet cleaning before seeing the property. As it turned out, the carpet had to be replaced - it was beyond cleaning (pet stains and odors). Harbold was great to work with when I was scheduling the cleaning and accommodating when I had to cancel it.

Arrived according to planned time and did a good job on the carpets. He took care to make sure traffic areas were done especially carefully. Carpets looked good and we were pleased with the quality of the work and care that was taken.

After booking my cleaning through Angie's List, Harbold's called me the same day and we arranged a time for them to come. On the day of the cleaning they called to see if they could come a little early. They did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet. They were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and I feel they did a great job. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

We contacted Harbold Quality Services and were very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment for carpet cleaning. Their company had been recommended to us by several of our friends who utilize their services. On the day of service they kept us informed of their arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They asked what we wanted to have done and what concerns we had with the carpeting, before giving us an estimate. They were prepared to move the furniture if needed, but we were requesting only the traffic areas to be done. We are always impressed by carpet cleaners who take the time to sweep around the baseboards, vacuum and pre-treat the stains prior to cleaning the carpets. These gentlemen were very thorough and knowledgeable and took great care as they worked. They wore booties over their shoes and used mats to protect our tile. The carpets were raked after being cleaned and ceiling fans were turned on in each room to help the drying process. We were very pleased with the work that was done and our carpets look great. We did not need tile or grout cleaning or any pressure washing at this time, but we will definately use their service again when needed.

We have used Harbold Services for approximately 20 years to manage our home in FL. He keeps an eye on our home – maintains the home and pool, helps in the event of a hurricane and general maintenance.

They were price-efficient and they did a good job.

Ed Harbold has cleaned our carpets for years because he is excellent and reasonable. We found him in 2003 when he was in our neighborhood and he's been coming to our home ever since. He isn't licensed to do two story homes, but he can do our first floor where foot traffic is higher. He has also pressure-cleaned the brick on our home, and that was reasonably priced.
