Not as responsive as I would have expected.

Had our kitchen and bathrooms renovated recently at our double story house I would highly recommend If your looking for an amazing job great price and great team to work with.

Great team, they renovated our kitchen a few years ago and we've recently gone back to get our bathrooms and laundry done. Service is great and project delivery is top notch

The team at Hammer and Hand were fabulous! We had a relative new kitchen but our house had some extreme water damage in the rains and we needed to get to the wall behind the kitchen cabinetry. It seemed like the best time to design our new kitchen. From design to installation the team were fabulous, kept us in the loop with any delays and when they say they will be there at 7am they are there at 7am unlike the builders for the rest of house!

I highly recommend Hammer and Hand! I was a new customer to them and I called in a jam and needed help ASAP! They didnâ t know me and did not have to help me as quickly as they did! Danielle was very helpful, the owner came out to measure that same day In order to help, and my vanity top was installed 2 days later! Amazing customer service and they did such a beautiful job! Hammer and Hand has many locations and great budget options. I like the locations of the neighborhoods as well as the floor plans are great for all types of families. Depending on location desired Hammer and Hand has a neighborhood for everyone.

My husband and I closed on our home about a month ago. We bought an inventory home that was already completed, we did not custom build. Overall our experience with was smooth sailing. The customer service we received from he was exceptional. he was very responsive to all of our concerns and even remembered to check in with us when we closed despite being on vacation! The quality of the build I feel is great. Everything was finished out well and other than a few little items, everything is in working order. We love our new house!

Hammer and Hand and his people are the best we've worked with. He was incredibly clear in laying out timelines, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure that the work was done to our level of satisfaction. I truly cannot recommend Structura enough. While they were in our house working, they treated our house with respect, and did high quality work. Our bathroom is now everything we could have asked for and more!

This company had done a kitchen for us last year and the work was good. We hired them again in June 2020 to remove a wall and install new floors with associated work. After 5 months work was still not complete. Electrical issues, paint overspray on furniture, and new floors. Trim on windows not done. Damage to furniture and personal items. Also, personal items are now missing from the house. The contractor would not return calls or text messages and hired someone else to finish the work which is still not complete. Very dissatisfied with all aspects of the job. Toilets were also let full of human waste. After this experience, I would say **steer clear of this company**. The aggravation and poor work are hardly worth the money spent. Runaway from this company as fast as you can and steer clear. Stay away! 5 months and the job still is not done. No communication from the contractor. Does not return calls or texts. Upon returning for the winter our house was a total disaster including human waste in the toilets. Do not hire this so-called contractor.
