Yes, Gulf Stream Pavers has a five star review however, we were not one of the fortunate ones. Even Cade openly admitted to my husband that this was not one of his best jobs. We experienced water squirting up from underneath the tiles within the first month. Loose tiles. Tiles that settled with lifted corners. Discoloration throughout the deck, broken glass tiles. Weeds and grass growing throughout the deck. Grout / sand missing in between tiles. ALL IN THE FIRST YEAR. Our porcelain tiles were purchase from Hard Scape .com of Fort Meyers. We paid extra thinking we were getting a better product they, Hard Scape.Com, state that their polymeric sand inhibits weed growth. This was not true. We have weeds and grass growing throughout the deck. They also stated their polymeric sand prevents erosion. This is also not true we have pockets of sand every time it rains. Erin the representative from Hard Scape.Com highly recommended Gulf Stream Pavers, who Erin stated was trained by Hard Scape.Com. Hard Scape. Com States, when you work with Hard Scape.Com you’re choosing to work with their knowledgeable team that is service driven and interested in the success of your project from start to finish. This is also not true when problems arise they state they are not affiliated with the contractor who they highly recommended to you and trained. Instead they want you to take it up with the contractor and will state that they are not affiliated with any installers. Gulf Stream Pavers has said that my husband and I are looking for perfection that we are complainers. Yes Erin finally did come out to inspect the job with Cade & noted on that things needed fixing but since then it’s been phone call after phone call. Text after text. Email after email. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Is this a $30,000 job between MATERIALS & LABOR? Again please keep in mind this job is ONLY a year old!!!

I would highly recommend using Gulfstream Pavers. They are thoughtful, listen carefully to our requests, and are meticulous in designing their work. Our pool deck and lanai have been miraculously transformed into an oasis of serenity thanks to their hard work.

Kept us informed daily with texts, pictures and calls throughout the process.. Very good communication and great work.

Gulfstream did an excellent job on installing marble pavers on our lanai and pool deck. They were creative addressing a number of challenging aspects to the project and the end result is beautiful!

They were a very good company. They were reliable. They were on time. They did a good job. They were pleasant to be around with. I have no complaints.

I don't think you can find a better contractor. I never had anyone as meticulous and as fine as them.

He installed a new 14 x 14 concrete paver patio
