 + -1 moreMy experience with him was not good, I would not recommend him. He basically abandoned the job. He did some bad work that I had to replace. Some of the work was okay. He didn't respond to my emails and didn't come back. His price was a little bit high.
Description of Work: He was going to do some framing in the garage and closet.

 + 0 moreHe subcontracts out some work as he is very busy. He is very nice. They picked up the old toilets and delivered the new toilets to the house. I am happy with the toilets. The man who came to install the toilets laid down a drop cloth prior to work and cleaned up well. I used him another day and fixed a small nail pop in the roof of my porch. He was in the area and just stopped over, and because he was nearby he only charged me $20 to fix the nail pop, rather than his usual $75 minimum charge (which includes 1 hour of work).
Description of Work: He installed 2 toilets.
