This company is great. The back porch and deck was grimy and even moldy in places. Now it is beautiful and clean looking once again. The front porch and walkway are coquina stone, but you couldn't tell because of all of the dirty build up. The driveway was the most dramatic change as it was blackened by crushed acorns. Now it looks new. These guys work hard (even in the rain) and do a great job. They work hard and don't take shortcuts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of pressure washing any surface!

We recently purchased a foreclosure that had been vacant for a year and a half. The pool was about 25% full with green water and tad poles. The heater, pool lights, and both pumps were all bad. There was one pump for the pool and hot tub and one for a water fall feature. The owner Dalton came out and looked at everything and to my surprise, told me it would be no problem to get it cleaned up and replace the old and broken equipment. I had factored close to $8,000 for all the repairs as it is a very large residential pool. Dalton and his guys quickly got the pool looking clearer and filled with water. They also immediately replaced the equipment that was faulty. At all times, Dalton was easy to get ahold of and willing to explain the process and what was next. The pool now looks great and the work was done for much less than I had planned. Often its hard to find a large and capable company that is also reachable and personable. Grand slam is a company that is both. I always felt like I could trust Dalton through the process. He didn't replace things that didn't need replacing. He told me the important things that needed fixing and the things that could wait. It was a very good experience. I wish Dalton was also a roofer and a painter so I could hire him for all our other projects!! Thanks so much

Kind of frustrated by a previous maintenance company, I had talked to Dalton a year ago, when, in response to my call, he came to the house, gave us a price for weekly maintenance, and explained what that maintenance would involve. But I didn't go with him at that time, instead going with a local company recommended by the company that had originally installed our pool in '96. We went with that company for a year, but, in frustration with some of the people they hired to do this work, I called Dalton at Grandslam again and we arranged that the first Tuesday of August, his Cape Coral guy would begin seeing to our pool. It's only been two weeks so far, but I'm anticipating being pleased. The fellow who sees to our pool here in Cape Coral has been with Dalton since the start of the company, and I think that speaks well. If we have any problems down the road, I'll be sure to reference those in a follow-up.

Dalton and his team at Grand Slam, were able to provide me with a great option when it came to pool cleaning services. The rapid response to my initial inquiry and concerns I had for my pool was quick! Dalton provided me with answers, and options. To top that, I was in need of an additional service Grand Slam does not offer, in which he went above and beyond to provide me with the information he was able to find so I can take care of that matter. This past weekend I had family coming over, and my pool on Thursday 8/6 took a toll with the rain and debris etc. I was able to call the good people at Grand Slam, and they put me in schedule for that Friday and cleaned what it was needed very quickly. I am more than satisfied with this company. Prices are very competitive and the service is top notch. Dalton is super cool. And I keep on maintaining this company for the long run. They corrected problem that came about even though I had a contract with another pool company. I am very pleased with the service and Dalton has contacted me multiple times to see if there is anything else they can do to improve their service.

Great! Dalton had been In touch regularly from my initial call, to having his service guy come & look at my equipment, to quickly having the salt chlorinator installed and getting my pool switched over. Very reasonably priced. My pool looks fantastic.

We recently moved to FL and I found GrandSlam here on Angie's List. Dalton has been wonderful to work with. Steve comes out weekly to clean the pool and add chemicals as needed. Also, the motor on our filter/pump decided to die and Steve came right out to check it and they were back the next day with a new one and got it installed promptly. We have been extremely satisfied with GrandSlam and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you!

The follow up has been great! They really take care of you and try to make sure you have a great experience from the owner down to the techs. We are much happier with them than our prior company. You feel like you get your money's worth!

Our problem required a different contractor.

The owner, Dalton Mixon, was very responsive and friendly. On top of that he came over the same day I called to observe the issue with the filter. He then came back the next morning to change the entire filter out and the pool was working great again. Terrific service and great customer support.

The pool guy stopped by before his scheduled time earlier in the week to add chemicals to the pool to remove algae. He came at the scheduled date and was in and out before I was aware he had stopped by. The pool looked great. They did an awesome job!

Very responsible Price is right Always pick up the phone

They arrived on time and immediately started working on the issue we had called them about. In fact the problem could not be solved in one visit so they came back a week later and continued working on the issue for no additional charge. Great company very responsive and always contacting me to be sure I am happy with the service and to see if there are any questions I may have.

I'm new to the area and just purchased a home with a pool. I needed a reliable pool cleaning service who I could trust. I found Grand Slam Cleaning on Angie's list. They had great reviews, so I signed up for their service. I was contacted almost immediately by Dolton, the owner, who came out the very next day. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He performed an assessment on the condition of my pool and made some recommendations. He left me with the impression that he is very trustworthy. His associate was out to clean my pool 2 days later and I am very pleased with how clean the pool is now. I asked Dolton for a recommendation for lawn mowing and trimming and he hooked me up with a provider. My first cut is tomorrow, 4/28/2015. These folks are really nice. They want to make sure you are pleased with them.

We purchased a home in Florida, we still live in Chicago but will be moving there later this year. I chose Dalton and his company through Angie's List. The reviews said not to let his age fool you, he is professional, prompt, and does a great job for a reasonable price. I couldn't agree more now that I have met him and he manages my pool care. I am confident that our pool will be well cared for in our absence.
