Grand Slam Pools

I can give my unqualified endorsement of Dalton Mixon and Grandslam Cleaning for the manner in which my situation was addressed. His approach was to insure that the problem was properly diagnosed and the repair work completed the least cost as promptly as possible. Can't get any better than that

It's efficient, and QUITE!! So far I'm very very happy with the new pump and the service of Grand Slam Cleaning. They have been very helpful in getting things done for my pool. Not only do they clean weekly(at a reasonable price) They pressure wash and sell products used for the pool.

They did a great job removing the dirt and debris - it looks brand new!

They did an excellent job. Really spent time n the areas that I was concerned about and got out several stains that I thought were permanent.

This is where the companies services shined! Dalton with Grandslam Cleaning had to hook up the intelliflo variable speed pump to my iAqualink system. Since they are different companies, it was more difficult to accomplish. After spending hours of his time on the phone, and taking apart the system, Dalton finally got the entire system running perfect! Now mind you, my system was more difficult because it required different speeds for different portions of the day, along with different speeds for when the solar was on or off. Dalton even took out an expensive cable that I didn't need! Many companies would have NEVER have done that. I am so impressed by this guy and his company. Job well done sir. You have a customer for life now! Thanks again for everything!!!!

We are extremely pleased with Grandslam. They excel in great communication. Very professional, prompt, and not to mention an excellent job keeping our pool clean. I strongly recommend Grandslam to anyone that wants a top notch pool maintenance and cleaning service. I also feel that the price is fair for cleaning an "open air" pool.

I contacted Grandslam to pressure wash our home because we use them to clean our pool. They have been excellent to work with our pool, so I knew they would do an excellent job on pressure washing. Called them and discussed sq. footage of our home and driveway and got a quote for the job. I scheduled the job with them. There was a mix-up as to the time they were expected to come to our home. (on their end). However, they were extremely apologetic and polite. No problem. They came in the afternoon instead of that morning and started the work. It had to be completed the following day, which they discussed with me. Totally, fine. I was concerned about my plants and garden area around our house. They assured me that my plants would not be harmed. The roof looks great and all is well with my plants. Again, they are very communicative, polite and they do a great job. Hire them!!!!

Grand slam has been the most responsive of all the providers we've worked with during our pool construction. We hired them to handle our weekly pool service and after dealing with them on that we hired them on the spot to install a heat pump which we had been getting quotes for. I received a number of quotes for a heat pump over the last few weeks and when I found out that Grand slam offered heat pump sales and installation I didn't hesitate to have them send me a quote. I accepted their quote almost immediately. While they worked with me on the pricing and were extremely competitive in that respect, they understand that bottom line price isn't the only factor in a purchase decision and one needs to take into account long term costs, quality, service, etc. when making a large purchase decision. Could I have spent less on a heat pump? Sure, but not for the same product and definitely not with the same level of customer service. Their commitment to their customers and their honesty in their quoting is what made me decide that they were the company to go with. I am happy with every penny I have spent and will spend with Grand slam. Thanks guys.

They did a fantastic job. Dalton and his team have the best customer service I have seen and they really care about their job. Just a pleasure to work with these professionals and I will certainly use them again in the future.

We had our pool resurfaced and needed a company that would take care of our pool during the "Chemical Start Up" period and then monthly going forward. I sent Dalton a message via Angie's List and he contacted me right away. Dalton came to my house and introduced himself and told me that my pool would be in good hands. He was right! It is! Dalton's employee Steve came by and cared for the pool during this critical time. Steve took the time to explain everything to us in great detail. Our pool is not in good hands; it's in GREAT hands.

Dalton's employee, Adam, arrived promptly and power washed our entire lanai and did a fantastic job. We have 3 dogs that shed a lot and although we try to keep up with it, lots of messy, wet dog hair gathers around the drains in the concrete. Adam got it all cleaned up, spic and span, and all the mold is gone as well. We are really pleased and will have them back out once or twice a year to clean. Definitely give Dalton a call for any power washing or pool maintenance needs. It's very refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about his customers. Thanks, GrandSlam! :-)

Grandslam exceeded my expectations once again. I use them for the maintenance of my pool as well as the change-out of all my pool equipment and they've done a fantastic job. Now they've embarked on a new pressure washing service and my driveway has never looked better. Dalton is great to work with and provides impeccable customer service. I had not cleaned the roof in almost three years and it was bad. These guys were the first to call back and the best quiote of three other companies. They were polite, timely and did a fantastic job. The house looks great!

Adam came and knocked on the door to let us know that he was there, he was very polite. After he was finished with the pressure washing he let us know that it was completed and had us come out and check to make sure that everything was good - and it was!

Dalton was very quick to respond to my Thumbtack request and he had Adam come out that same day to give me the quote. The work was done a couple of days later. I was very pleased with how much brighter my pavers looked after the pressure wash, and all the accumulated mold from the summer rains was gone! Adam worked quickly and efficiently but did a great job. During the pressure washing of the pool deck, dirt and debris blew into the pool (which is kind of inevitable when pressure washing around the pool). However, Dalton came out the next day and vacuumed up the bottom of the pool and cleaned the filter. I will definitely use this company again for my pressure washing needs.

My pool deck and beams needed extreme power wash! I wasn't able to find an affordable and friendly provider until I was able to get in contact with Grandslam. They are the ones taking good care of my pool, and since they have just started doing pressure wash, decided to give them the opportunity. I was super impressed. Super professional, and courteous. The way my pool deck and beams were to how they are now is a night and day difference. The price was right for the amount of work done. If the rain has taken a toll on your pool/pool deck, make sure you contact Dalton at Grandslam. They have a quick turnaround and treat you with respect!

We have been using Grand Slam for several months now since we moved to SWFL. We couldn't be happier with the service. Steve arrives each week, rain or shine, and the pool looks fantastic. Dalton, the owner, is really good about promptly answering any emails and has worked with us when the motor on our pump went bad, and also when we wanted to put an electric heat pump on. I SPOKE WITH DALTON, THE OWNER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GAVE ME A SOLID QUOTE FOR THE WORK I NEEDED DONE. HE SCHEDULED THE JOB AND HIS EMPLOYEE GAVE ME CALL A LITTLE AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CONVENIENT. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, INTORDUCE THEMSELVES AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK.
