We aim to provide high quality customer service as well as professional and dependable swimming pool and spa maintenance and cleaning services. We cover SWFL: Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Cape Coral, Lehigh, Fort Myers and the surrounding areas. We have an office in Naples and serve over 600 customers in Collier and Lee Counties. Our Full Service weekly pool cleaning program starts at approximately $75 a month, depending on the size of your pool and if you have a spa. This package include a monthly vacuum and filter clean in addition to our normal cleaning schedule (although we are completely flexible to meet your requirements). We cater for any size pool and have extensive experience in both residential and commercial pool service and repair. Great Job by these guys.
Description of Work: My pump quit & Mark sent out a guy & a pump within 2 hours. Mark showed up about 45 minutes later. Very professional. Both Mark and his installer seem to know all there is to know about pools, equipment, and pool maintenance. Because the pool pump had been out for a couple days, he - the owner of the company - personally checked the chemicals & added the necessary amounts to make it right - at no additional charge. What's not to like about that? Because of their professionalism & knowledge, I'm close to having them take over all the maintenance of the pool. I highly recommend these guys.

Description of Work: The initial service was to cleanup a highly neglected pool which included plumbing issues for the pump. Will also pressure wash the pool deck area and lanai. After initial cost, they will provide monthly service to keep the clean sparkling and healthy. Very good people to deal with.

Description of Work: Pool cleaning for a month. The pool person missed some areas on one visit. When we informed the owner, he was very very concerned and offered free service for a month. He was such a nice person and was so sorry. We will definitely call them again when we need pool service.

They're wonderful and do a really good job. They come like clockwork and every time we have an issue they are out there to look at it and report back to us which is a big deal when you're not located in the same state, we live in Michigan, so they've become a really good liaison for us. They also have a really fair price.
Description of Work: Grandslam Cleaning & Maintenance cleans our pool every week for $65 a month. They put the chemicals in, check the water level and make sure the filter, heater and the pumps are running.
