Description of Work: Salt pool maintenence and cleaning services were performed ABOVE my expectations. Professional staff made certain gates were kept closed for the safety of my dogs. Flat fee pool service is exactly what works for me no hidden fees or upcharges. Each visit a form advised me of the services my pool required, I gladly recommend Grandslam for all your pool maintenance.

Description of Work: We paid for the year to get the discount. Dalton was very responsive when I called with a question. Steve? is very polite and clean cut when servicing the pool and took a few minutes to explain some things to me that I had questions about the pump and return lines and operating the solar panels. So far we are very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Dalton was excellent in his communications, he contacted us right away to schedule the appointment. |At the appointment, Steven was very polite, on time and was very clear in his explanation of our pool and system. |Dalton followed up promptly and provided the solutions for our needs. We liked them from the very beginning and will be using their service.

Description of Work: Two individuals came and brought out a spray bottle of bleach and a magic eraser. They came around to the back of the house and worked for a short amount of time. Maybe we expected too much? They were very polite young men. They reglued two small tiles that had become loose. We had quite a mess to clean up after they left since the glue dripped into the pool badly. I was surprised that they never got into the water to do their work. Truthfully, we didn't notice much difference after their efforts.
