 + -1 moreMr Graham has keys to my Condos and has met and showed potential tenants the rentals. He is able to provide information about Naples and it's communities and is friendly, trustworthy and personable. He has replaced appliances, most recently my garbage disposal. Has repaired bathroom fixtures which also required patching and painting. Fixed a leaky shower head, and changed light fixtures. He hangs shelves and has built a loft in the garage for storage. He is meticulously neat and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Mr. Graham for all your Service/Home needs.
Description of Work: Mr. Graham provides a variety of services for my rental properties in SWFL. He pocesses a mechanial engineering degree from the UK and is able to repair/replace any item in the home/condo. He provides, handyman, home watch, airport pick-ups and has even sucessfully shown my units to potential tenants.
