 + -1 moreProvider offered to spread mulch if we took all (8 loads) from a site he was clearing. After delivering 8th load he said he would come back the next day to spread. When he didn't show the next day we called and he said that he was busy with another job and would come by another day soon. After 5 months we called him but he said he wouldn't come unless we paid an additional $800. We told him that he had one more month to spread the mulch as he had promised but he never showed or responded.
Description of Work: Provider delivered 8 loads of mulch.
