My manager ordered a glass repair. When I ( the owner of the house) paid, it was not possible to have my ( the owners) name on invoice, because it was under „ my managers name“. Also not to email it to me. But „ no problem“, to take my money. Crazy!

Company cancelled first appt last Tuesday. They said they would come tomorrow October 9. We have not heard from them.

OK. Other contractor did not provide a flat surface for the large mirror.

David H removed and installed a new windshield in under an hour. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. Would hire Glass Doctor in the future for any glass needs.

Window became loose from frame due to dried out caulking. Glass was not broken. Cleaned out the old caulking and resealed the window in the frame. Was told there would be a service call of $125.00 trip ticket before the work was started with no breakdown of the bill that was given to me.

Service tech was great. Came sooner than promised (stopped by when he had a few minutes between jobs). Fixed problem in less than 10 minutes. Very professional. Only problem: Minimum service fee of $125 unless quick fix, then $95. Too much for less than 10 minutes work (no parts involved), in my opinion.

The installation went well. They have a group of very professional people who have been doing this work for many years and it shows in their work.

I found the Glass Doctor on Angie's List after striking out with a couple of local glass stores. Over the years the bevelled mirror edge strips on three of our bathroom mirrors had "silvered" due to frequent cleaning. The same thing happened to a glass medicine cabinet door. I spoke with Ryan over the phone and described the problems. He explained how I should measure the glass to be replaced. I called him back with the measurements, and he quoted me a repair price. I gave the go ahead and Irene called later to schedule the work. Charlie did the actual work. He arrived right on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and finished the work in about three hours. We are very pleased with the results, and will use the Glass Doctor agin.

They missed their appointment 3 time, and always said the same thing, You didn't have an appointment.

I called about having the glazing replaced on a glass wall. The person who answered said he doubted it was the glazing. I knew it was. He told me he would call back in a week when things slowed down and he could send someone out. Needless to say they nevertheless called or showed. We are doing a lot of redecorating in the new house and I will make sure I do not use these people when ordering glass for the 3 remodeled bathrooms. Lousy service and business practice!

We discovered the shattered glass sliding door around 11:00 AM; a totally unexpected and unwelcome discovery. Secured the indoor area surrounding door with a tarp in case the 76" x 46" "wall of glass" fell - it was in a crystalized state but still intact when discovered. Called one company upon the referral of a friend and left message to return our call (still haven't heard back.) Due to the urgency of the situation, continued onto Angie's List to look for another vendor. Chose to call Glass Doctor Naples first because it's located in Naples, offers emergency service, and is highly rated. Called, spoke to Tim, who I believe is the owner, answered a few questions about information he needed regarding the job, was quoted a price and said I would be called within the hour to confirm when, that afternoon, a crew would arrive to complete the job. Within ten minutes they called, confirmed the time, and actually arrived early. Steve and a colleague replaced the glass, reinstalled the sliding door, and cleaned up what little glass had escaped their carefully protected work area. The job was completed within 45 minutes, the men were polite, professional and worked efficiently & quickly. My husband and I were very relieved and a bit amazed that the problem was repaired within several hours of being discovered. Regarding price, since I didn't get more than one estimate, and since I don't know with certainty that the price was fair and competitive (although I'm awfully sure that it was given the reviews I read), I didn't include a price rating. It should be noted that although the repair occurred during business hours, it could have been considered an emergency service given the urgent nature of the situation, but I was not charged any additional emergency repair fee.

Called at 3pm when the glass shattered and spoke to Ryan. Gave him the inside measurement of our glass and was told he had the replacement in stock. Ran down with the door and they replaced it right away. Less than two hours start to finish. Can you ask for anything more? Thanks to Ryan and everyone involved that made this happen. I appreciate it!

I called the company and talked to Tim once or twice the week the window was to arrive and never heard from him again.

Fine, we ask for a quote over the phone, we gave them the aprox measurements and told them the style that we wanted. They sent us a quote, and then sent someone to do the exact measurements to order the glass. The installation was well done. We are satisfied with their job.

I took an old truck in for a leak in the windshield during heavy rain. They told me they might not be able to get the windshield out without breaking it because of the age of the truck - 1992 model. They called and said the windshield did break and that there was a lot of rust and wanted to know if I wanted take it out to a body shop for repair. I told them no and they said they would dow what they could to clean it up and get the best seal they could. We have had numerous downpour rain storms since then and not a drop of rain has leaked into the interior of the truck. Excellent work. Friendly staff. Good price.

They measured wrong so after waiting 2 weeks the first install didn't fit. There was a gap of a little over 1" between where the wall ended and the tub was so it was pointless having the wall there! They remeasured and we waited another 2 weeks. Then they did a HORRIBLE job installing it! They installed it crooked, they broke stone/tiles and failed to even tell us about it, they installed 7 out of the 8 screws in the door crooked, the wall is crooked and they drilled into the tile so we can't do anything to fix it without replacing the travertine stone!! It's been an absolutely horrible experience! The owner was very nice and offered to try to fix it again (a 3rd time) but with all the destruction they already caused we were afraid to allow them to even touch it a 3rd time! I asked the owner what the installers explanation was for not telling us about the broken stone and he told us he hadn't spoken to him about it yet. WHY NOT??????? I'm sorry even though the owner was very nice and gave us a discount I JUST COULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!! (The discount was not worth it.) I would have rather paid triple and had a nice job done!!!!. I AM VERY, VERY UNHAPPY

They accepted the 5% Angies List discount, and they were knowledgeable, timely and installed the item well enough.

Very professional methods of measuring and installing. Their installer, Butch, was exceptional.

They were excellent on the phone and during the install. My only complaint is that they did not show up during the time they quoted and did call to tell us they were running late; we had to call. Otherwise, the office staff and installer were excellent.
