The gentlemen were kind and polite. However, I was told by dispatch by phone 2 days prior, That the charge would only be $59.95 if the workers are unable to do any work on the installation. Upon leaving they were told, that I owe $99.00. This is very bad business and I do not reccoment this business to anyone that need gate repair service.
Description of Work: Came out to connect a gate motor. They determined the new unit not operable.

He was informed prior to our arrival that the cost would be 99.93. 59.95 for a one time trip charge and 39.98 for two trained technicians for a half hour. The same exact charge we have been at for over eleven years. We never sold/installed/serviced this persons system prior. We are always very clear about the cost of a service call.

he provider arrived very late for the appointment. I never received the estimate. I received a call on the weekend stating that a little more time was needed for the estimate. i said ok no problem. Then I never here from them again.

Response from Gatekeepers
We sent the estimate via email (as per his request) several times. The last time as recorded by Quickbooks Online was : Last Delivery: Sent by email to [member email removed] at Apr 9, 9:26 am Eastern Daylight Time. We were unable to reach him by telephone to confirm he received the estimate. When we quote we always shop our suppliers to obtain the best price for our customers. It sometimes takes two or three days (not including weekends) to get all the quotes in. It trying to save him money, he is upset? He is under no obligation to purchase from us and we are under no obligation to sell him. We measured, quoted and emailed him several times at no cost to him. I am sorry he is upset, but he is free to shop elsewhere and he spend no money in obtaining the best price possible; we did.

Interviewed a couple of gate companies. Dave at Gatekeepers was knowledgable, upfront, professional, and honest. Hired the company to put in an aluminum, powder coated picket fence. Dave is a working owner and was on the job the entire time. Fence is beautiful and enhances not only our home, but the neighborhood, as well.
Description of Work: Install powder coated aluminum picket fence.

Prompt response for quote. Excellent price. Installation on time and excellent job. Unbelievable great clean up and the everything has worked fabulously since. Had on issue caused by vandalism, in which they responded the same day and made excellent repairs at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this employee owned company.
Description of Work: I had vinyl covered chain link fence installed at the back and sides of our daughter's property, custom (they manufactured it in their own shop) aluminum fence and aluminum gates across the front. They put in a calling device and hooked it up to her telephone line, installed wires that pick up the cars for automatic exit and motors to open and close the gate.
