 + -1 moreIt came out okay expect that when you have a problem, they charge $125 to come out even if it is under warranty. I am not happy with that. I thought that when I am under warranty they would fix it without charging me. They should honor their warranty for the year and I didn't like the woman who answered the phone. Otherwise the product is okay.
Description of Work: I used Gate World to install a gate opener.

 + -1 moreGave a reasonable quote - arrived when stated and installed per agreement. However, Called two times subsequently to change codes for gate, and manual and written instructions did not work. First time, left 1/2 dozen messages with no call back. The finally threatened by saying I would report him to BBB. He then arrived without notice to re-program gate. 2nd time, called and spoke to person who assured me he would call me that day. A week later, called again and LM. 2 more message attempts and I have given up. Seems that once the check cashes, they will not service their customers.

 + -1 moreInitially, the product was great. Morgan worked with us and get got everything done. However, he did not suggest products that would have made our customer experience better. I wish he would have told us about other products out there as we are first time gate owners.
Description of Work: Had an electronic gate installed. Entry pad installed. Remotes installed. Entry pad to call home and cell phones to gain entry.
