Ft Myers Naples Home Inspections

I made appoint, the realtor agreed to meet Mr. Stilphen. It was set for 10 Am, he called changed to 2 Pm, as realtor waited, he called and finally got there at 3:30. Realtor had to leave so no idea how long he was there. Per his web site report in 24 to 36 hours. I called on Monday and then finally spoke to him in afternoon. Said "things come up", no idea when he was getting to report. Finally I had to hire another inspector and paid $425 for rush inspection since I needed it. I sent him email and told him I wanted a refund. On 5/23 a week later got an email and said he was doing report then. Responded not to do report, just refund my money. About a 4:45 PM I get an email with a report. No 4 point or wind mitigation inspection were ever received. I plan on filing a report with licensing board.
