Florida Soft Water

Fine. The service man was very informative regarding well water quality and the effectiveness of disinfection.

It was expensive (even after they used some of our old equipment), but it was money well spent.

Needed someone to fix our well water system; looked at the available providers and chose one that was close with a good rating. Florida Soft Water sent Mike to our home and we now have a company we can trust: he correctly diagnosed the first issue (a bad electrical feed which was quickly fixed by Jay Electrical) and then returned promptly after it was apparent the electrical feed wasn't the only trouble. Mike found the problem (bad solenoid) and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Can't thank him and his company enough: you now have a loyal customer!!

I have had them for three years

He comes when I'm not home and leaves the bill on the door. Love it. No more heaving heavy bags of salt or forgetting to buy it.

They are quick and efficient. Sometimes I don't know there are even here until I find the tag on the door. My well pump went out and they came and took care of it right away.

We had been living in the property for almost a year and had not been able to get water or ice through our refrigerator and had several others come out to trouble shoot this problem directly from the manufacturer and they couldn't figure out the problem. As soon as the technician left our home after service the refrigerator had already started making ice and soon there after we were having drinking water from the refrigerator. On another occasion our water tank was overflowing and I called Florida Soft Water for assistance. I was immediately connected to a technician who instead of scheduling me for service simply walked me through a couple of steps and the problem was fixed. I am overly impressed with Florida Soft water and their service will most definitely continue to use them without a doubt.

The one thing I love most about this company is the staff! The water system we have is great also, as I LOVE having clean, clear water vs the brown egg smelling kind. I have lived in Golden Gate most of my life & could not live with out it. It's a NECESSITY. Sure, the equipment may have a glitch or two every now & then, but hey..even technology isnt perfect. Each problem I've had has been easy enough for me to do myself, although when the computer did fall short, Danny, the service technician was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. I never have to wait long for a service call & I love that they have after hours service! One time we had a really bad storm that flooded our back yard and we had a broken pipe that was letting dirty rain/ground water into our system. Danny was on site within a couple hours & had the whole thing up & running in no time. I would choose this company over & over again, hands down. When you call, there is always a friendly face to the voice behind the phone. Jennifer & Courtney can turn any frown upside down & have you laughing before you hang up. For a family owned business, there are no politics involved. They are an honest, hard working, christian family, with core values to the community.

They were always there when the system needed salt. There was nothing wrong with their services. I have sold the property that's why i stopped their services.

We have used Florida Soft Water for over 10 years. They keep our Golden Gate Estates well water system up and running. They provide monthly maintenance of the system and promptly respond to any service calls. They are always professional and treat us like family.

They are friendly, honest, and have fair pricing.

It was excellent. The guy was very helpful, he came on time and he was very pleasant. I would recommend him. It was a good price. He was good.

They were great. They were on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I will be using them as my water softener service provider.

The work itself was good, but when I called them during the weekend because we weren’t getting any water, they did not respond in time would, even though I told them that it was an emergency. I have never used them again since.

Arrived on time and spent the time to explain the system to me as this was the first time I have owned a home with a well. Very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. i also signed up for a monthly service plan with them to take care of the system moving forward.

Overall, everything went well, technician knew what he was doing and my system is now working well.
