+ -1 moreI had been using them for over a year and half, They have a large turn over of help that for the appear not trained for pool maintenance. Their office appears to be very unorganized with lack of attention to complaints regarding their help. I had to sign a contract with them that either they or us would have to give a 30 day notice regarding further pool maintenance. They did not. In fact they left a message on our telephone that they would no longer service our pool with no explanation as to why. They, in my opinion, breached the contract. I would not recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe first person they sent out had difficulty with my type of pool. I called them and they immediately resolved the problem and did not charge me for the initial visit. My pool is looking great.
