So happy I found this company, very professional and high-quality work I manage a fine club in east Naples Florida, we had two broken wood floor panels in our dining room one day with a huge party the next the day. I was panicking fearing the repairs couldn't be completed before the party. I called flooring pros, and they arrived the same day to complete the repairs before the party. They did an outstanding job. The technicians were kind and very knowledgeable. Did I mention that the price was very reasonable!? If you're looking for floor installation/repairs this is the vendor to call! No questions asked! Thank you flooring Pros!

We interviewed 3 floor companies and Flooring Pros was the most impressive. Luis, one of the owners, came out, priced it and supervised the project of rebuilding our Hurricane damaged Condo.They prepped our floor for new tile, installed new bathroom tile and built a new shower in our half bath. Great hardworking crew and they even ordered our new glass shower doors. These folks are winners!

Luis was great to work with. He was very informative and gave a detailed breakdown of what everything costs so there is no surprise/hidden costs. They were very efficient and easy to work with. Everything went according to plan and on time. The floors came out awesome and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Luis for a great experience. I highly recommend Flooring Pros !!

Amazing! They did a great job remodeling the floor of my house, leaving it just as I had requested, they were very patient with the details and kind when it came to making the contract.

Not Reputable - Says one thing, does another. Gave me quote, and then started work and asked me again what I wanted and then forgets what you told him. Then starts work and sends his "Guys" who don't speak a word of english and you cant communicate with them. Tried calling him to confirm he will make deadline as another job was due next day and he starts getting Rude by telling you what he promised and it is clear he is nowhere near finishing. Then the day they are to be finished I see the floor not grouted and he was to be done 5pm that day, and I called him at 3pm to say, I guess it won't be done today. He gets rude again and says 'Is it 5pm yet", I said, you are going to grout and clean floors in 2 hrs? OK see you at 5pm. He calls me an hour later and says , it won't be finished today, it will be done tomorrow. I say I thought so, and why dont you just admit it? _ Thats because he was never on site to see the work, he takes the money and thats it. Next day he shows up, place not cleaned, washer and dryer in middle of room and doors off and not back in place. He then argues that he gives you a great price, so you should do the cleanup. Finally, in order to settle up, he has the nerve to ask for more money because he didn't understand what Tiling every room but the Bathrooms mean? He said had to take out some tile in kitchen in addition to the carpets in whole unit, and that that is extra. I said I told you everything but the bathrooms! He still insisted he is owed more even though nothing in contract specified this. I gave him a Check and said take it or leave it. Miraculously, check was cashed next morning! I would never Use this guy and warn everyone who is considering this company. You are in for a headache.

Luis was very prompt in setting up an appointment to provide us with an estimate for the installation of the flooring. He was very professional and provided great advice about the type of flooring that would work for our situation. He responded well very well to our email and telephone questions. We saved a little by removing the old carpet and getting the floor ready for the installation. Luis scheduled the installation at our convenience and he was on time for the days required to install the flooring. There were no surprises and no unexpected expenses. He gave us very accurate information about the amount of flooring and other supplies we needed to purchase. Luis and his crews kept the work area very clean and he made sure all of the debris was removed when the work was finished. They did a great job! 👏🏻
