Fixin Windows was prompt, professional and did a great job.

Recognizing that extensive countywide damage from a hurricane presented challenges to services contacted. But Fixin delivered by responding back quickly, arriving promptly, and repairing the glass pane before experiencing another storm. Very professional, deligent, and the bill was very reasonable when compared to the other quote that was 3 times higher. Did not gouch during a time of extreme emergency/wide-spread damage. Thank you ....

Well, had to send check to tenant to pay as will not bill or pay over phone.

The owner showed up on 1/13 to repair the windows and claimed to have the wrong size parts. He said he had to order the parts and would call me when they arrived. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. I called the office and spoke to the owners wife who said the parts were ordered. I waited two more weeks and called again, then one more week and called again, and then finally she said that her husband need to call me about ordering the parts. Guess what, he didn't call. The escrow money for the repair has expired and now I am working with my lawyer to extend the time and money, since I found someone thru Angie's list who will do the work. This company is the most unprofessional company I ever encounter. Don't use them!!

Never did the job. Totally unresponsive.

My window was broken by a limb during the violent storm on Sunday, Jan. 17. I called Fixin' Windows on Monday morning and he arrived late that afternoon, removed the sash to his truck and replaced the glass on site. I was impressed by the speed of response during a busy post-storm period. The price seemed high, but was understandable under the circumstances.

I removed tha window frame and took it to "Fixin' Windows" for repair, expecting that I would drop it off and return at a later date to pick it up. I asked for an estimate of the cost and time for repair. The cost was reasonable and the time for repair was "about 15 minutes". They offered me a chair and fixed the window immediately. For such a small job I was astonished that I received such prompt and courteous service. This was the best service I have received from a business in a long time.

After calling three times they never called back.

It was the first time we had used them. They did a great job. I would use them again.
