That contractor knew our dismay with all the others that we brought in. After our call late in the day to First Choice, John was here the next day, explaining everything to us in layman's terms, no confusion and quoted a price. His expert technicians and John arrived as scheduled, on time. Our new system was installed and up and running within a few hours. You can be like me and get frustrated by calling several other companies first, or you can use all of my legwork as your own and make First Choice your first choice. Very professional and knowledgeable owner. Pricing for parts & labor is very reasonable. Iâ ve changed my A/C service contract to this company.

I was able to work directly with the owner, John, who is a great guy, and whom diagnosed and corrected my commercial AC issues within 24 hours, if not less. These folks know their stuff, and work diligently to meet the needs of the customer in the best ways possible.

The work was done professionally & on time, in accordance to our negotiated contract. The workers covered & secured the area where the work was performed in our kitchen area, in addition to removing all of the old & moldy ductwork. Lastly, the work crew vacuumed & dusted the work area in an acceptable manner. We recommend them and would hire them again.

Another vendor told us they could not fix our clogged dryer vent, which extended over 30 feet to the outside of the house. John was creative in coming up with a method to fix the problem and due to our time constraints even worked evenings and the weekend to finish on time. He saved us over $1,000 and did a great job. We would highly recommend him.

John is a very nice young man owner operator they ran into several issues due to our confined space and stayed extra for work around I would highly recommend this company they came in at 50% under two of our other quotes almost 1/3 of air pros definitely somebody you need to watch out for!! First Choice is definitely the Best choice!!
