+ -1 moreThey are doing pretty well and in fact, I just had a conversation with them over the phone. The work that they have done for me so far has been good. They are in line with other companies when price is concerned. We did get a lot of estimates for pool service and they were slightly cheaper than the others. I pay them about $70 a month. They are good overall.
Description of Work: I use the services of ER Pools for pool service once a week. Their last visit to my house was on last Thursday.

+ -1 moreThey are very through and do exactly what needs to be done. When the grand children come they put extra cholrine in the pool per our instructions. They said they would come out if there were any "accidents" as well. It is a small company run by two cousins. They love animals which is a plus. They go out of their way to be helpful. I have gotten more than my money's worth. They are reliable and honest.
Description of Work: They service my pool weekly. When I first got them we had been having a leak for several months. They came and were prompt and concerned about my situation. They fixed the leak right away. The next week the motor broke. He replaced it the next day for $300.00. Not only two weeks later the heater mechanism broke and he investigated the situation and handled a warranty claim which resulted in the original company replacing it for free. He has bent over backwards for me.

Description of Work: I had a pool leak. I contacted the co. The leak was fixed immediately. The next wk the motor broke.It was fixed imediately for $300. Later the thermostat broke. Eddie checked my contract with the company and found I had 1 yr. and 1wk till expiration. I would not even have thought of this. He called the company imediately and they fixed it the next day.This company fixes problems quickly. The monthly cost is the lowest I've found. -$61. Extremely helpful and kind. I'm so glad I found reliable help !
