Description of Work: I needed to have outdoor speakers wired and installed on my patio. I wrote to them asking for a quote. They did not show me the courtesy of responding to my request.

Description of Work: I bought the sonos system from them - the transmitter and the bridge. I kept having intermittent difficulty and having to set it up as a new system repeatedly. They sent a very knowledgeable tech out to help problem solve the issues. It turned out that the produce wasn't with their product but with my wifi which kept switching to the xfinity wifi which isn't the one I use. This is a complication of comcast as I never set it up. They believe in having satisfied customers and they really went the extra mile for me.
