Description of Work: Tony provides general cleaning and house checking services for our home in Naples.

Description of Work: This company should be avoided at all cost. First, they bill for two hours of work and do not stay for more than 90 minutes. Then, one of the cleaning staff stood on the door to our oven to clean the cabinets and broke the hinges of an industrial strength Dacor oven and the broken hinges damaged the enamel front of the oven opening. After over 4 weeks of promising to completely take care of the damage, they finally replaced the hinges, but they did not replace the damaged oven front. To try to make amends, they offered me a "free cleaning" and promised to "look into" replacing the damaged oven front. They then sent me a bill for $100 for the free cleaning, a cleaning which was mediocre at best. When I told them that I disagreed with their "bait and switch" approach to customers and stated that I would only pay them the $100 for the "free cleaning" after they repaired the oven, they then retracted their promise to repair the oven.

Description of Work: England's Pride has been caring for my home for the last three years. Sam and Tony are always pleasant and easy to have around. They accommodate themselves to the needs of our family and our guests. Anything that I ask them to do, they happily perform. They anticipate things that may need to be accomplished and they keep track of anything that isn't quite right so that we can get it fixed before it becomes a real problem. For me, the best thing is that both Sam and Tony are easy to have around. They are unobtrusive while completing the cleaning and maintenance that our home requires.
