Description of Work: I had to call to remind him of the apt after I waited 45 min. He came and saw that I needed a cover for my meter outside (this is a rental of mine). He came out on a Sat and told me that as soon as he replaced it they would turn on the power. He had to go to a store to get the cover, while he was at the store I asked him if he could replace my thermostat since it was old and ugly but it worked. He said no problem it would be about $35.00 I said ok. He called me 2 hours later to tell me that he was finishing a job and would be there soon. He finally came at 5 PM and put the cover on in about 20 min or less. He then started to leave and I asked him about the thermostat. He forgot and went to the store again and also called the power co. He came back and put the thermostat on and told me if I had a problem to call him. The power co did not come for 2 days the thermostat did not work. He would not answer my call. He charged me for 3 hours (he did 45 min) labor and parts $245.00.
