Dynamic Tree Service

we have a written contract for the clearing of a lot to build a home on. Lee of Dynamic Tree Service (the owner) was supposed to clear all acacia trees, pepper, and deleted trees and pines as agreed upon in our contract. He said it would be done within 2 weeks total. It is now MAY 2014, over four months later, and he is no where near done. He makes promises of work to be completed each week, and never shows up to do any work. not much of anything has been done at all over the last 2 months. We are still waiting for it to be finished or start legal action. Dynamic Tree Service has been PAID IN FULL for this contract, yet has failed to perform the completion of the contract well over 4 months later. We are a Florida State Licensed General Contractor serving SouthWest Florida since 1998. This lot clearing contract is for our personal home. This has been the most miserable subcontracting experience to date. We may very well have to take legal action to complete the contracted agreement. We are very disappointed in Dynamic Tree Service and would not recommend them to anyone else for services for the obvious reasons stated above.
