Dryzone arrived at our home with a "swarm" of workers almost before the fire department pulled up. Their workers methodically relocated our water damaged belongings to our garage and carefully removed all our damaged flooring and walls, while respecting our property that avoided being damaged. When we later went into the home we were amazed to find that their workers stored items in very logical places, which made it easy to locate when we were able to move back into our home. We were so pleased with the careful and diligent water mediation work that we contracted with Dryzone to do the remodel work, which included replacing walls, ceilings, painting, plumbing, electrical work, expert trim and carpentry work, that included installing a glass and metal staircase and balustrade. Dryzone also hung flat screen televisions, relocated electrical outlooks and neatly organized our audio video wiring. They also built beautiful plantation shutter doors for our AC/water heater closet to replace the bi-fold doors that never really closed properly. When the substantive work was done, Dryzone cleaned and sealed the tile throughout our home and hung our paintings, mirrors and other items. More importantly, the Dryzone workers respected our property, were polite and expressed a sincere desire to make certain that we were entirely pleased with the final product. We hope that we never have to live through another water damage episode but we wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend Dryzone to anyone in need of water remediation or remodeling work.

The tile grout was dirty so we had this company in for the specific purpose of cleaning the grout. it was a two room tor $199 deal. We asked for the kitchen and lounge area to be done. We asked if he could the bit of hallway and laundry and he said that would be another $199. He said it is classed as two rooms. We said no to this. He said it isn't down to square footage, it is the room! This is not the case for other companies. After the job was done, you could not see any difference at all. The grout was unchanged. They came back and he said that we should have asked for a deal clean!!! He just did a spot clean on the bad areas. Still no difference. I didn't ask him back again because there is no point. I should have just had Stanley steemers in as we did before. Maybe Dryzones expertise is in other areas and not grout cleaning.
