 + -1 moreHorrible! Owner, David Lloyd stated that he was way of his head and there was no way this was g going to happen. He said he would start paying back the money but we haven't seen a dime.
Description of Work: Our Montana-based business paid DCL Web Designs $1600 (two separate requested payments of $800) towards the creation of a website and they have not delivered their promised services. We received emails from them stating they could not deliver and would make payments. To date we have not seen any payments nor have we received any correspondence.
