Very professional. They did the job well and gave us some good electrical safety information for the future. When we called and we're given an appt they called that day to say they couldn't come, but they did call and gave us a future appt. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed by everyone in the company from the telephone receptionist, to the person who came and gave me a free estimate, to the electrician who came and installed the interlock kit. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Both the person who came to give the estimate and the electrician who did the installation were here when they said they would be here. They looked and acted like professionals and they both made sure all of my questions were answered. They even answered questions that I didn't know to ask. I was amazed at how fast the electrician finished the job! I will definitely use this company for my future electrical needs!

These two young men were so professional in their approach to the installation of the fans; which we knew would be a bit difficult because of the slants of the ceilings. See above. Two men arrived. Went to work and all was finished in two hours. After completion cleaned up, walked us through all work, showed us what they thought was wrong in old wiring and where they corrected. They were superb. When you use the company, have them send DALE. He is the perfect elec guy and very helpful. I will use them again. And this is their 2nd visit here.

I was in Reno, but I had relatives at my condo. Mike called me and asked if anyone was there before he showed up he called me in Reno, he was on time, fixed the problem and even kept my new light bulbs for me that i had purchased so I could take them back to the store. I don’t know that the electric company would have responded to just me. He left and later called me back to make sure the electric company arrived; he was very helpful. He came out quickly and I felt he was honest and fairly priced. I was very pleased with his work.

No joke. I called the office at 4:30 PM. By 5:08 PM they had a person here and working. WOW!

This company has a very tall ladder; some companies we called do not. They changed out all our ceiling bulbs. Out ceilings are very high. The courtesy and the professionalism was outstanding.

I was exceedingly pleased with him. The guy had to come out on a Sunday, but he was very honest and came in. It actually turned out to be an electrical company problem. He called them for me and then called me back later to make sure that everything was taken care of. He charged me for one hour, but he didn’t charge me the Sunday rate. It was about $65. His price was an A because he didn’t charge me for a Sunday call. He was also the owner of the company.

I spent less than $100 on that service. I get the generators serviced at the beginning and at the end of the hurricane season. When the appointment is made they actually show up and they have appointments that I can actually get around my work schedule. They are very good about trying to save me money.
