IT DIDN'T, THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR SCHEDULED APPT. Had use this co in the past and was pleased with their services, pricing and punctuality. Now that I had an additional need, I reached out to them and another Angie's List member for a quote. THEY FAILED TO SHOW, DIDN'T RESPOND TO EMAIL EITHER, very unfortunate that they were so unprofessional when I had a larger need.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Dan House. I called to schedule an appointment for a quote on some electrical work. The call was answered promptly and my appointment was scheduled. On the day of my appointment, after I had already taken off work, they called to say they took another job and would not be able to keep my appointment. We went ahead and rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday. Once again, on Monday after I had already taken off work they called to say they could not make it. For a third time we rescheduled and sure enough, they cancelled gain. At this point I took the hint that they must not have wanted my business and went to one of their competitors.

Went well, however, I called them back twice to get a quote on doing the whole house with the new recessed lights. Both time I was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back. Unfortunately I had to give them lower grade on responsiveness.

Contact was easy. I got estimates from 2 other Angie's List providers. Dan House was the best price and service. I'd definitely hire again.

Did a great job-made some suggestions and also had a part with him that I needed..will be calling him again.

Ryan and one other tech showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Dan house employees are courteous, and very professional. After the work was complete they cleaned and vacuumed all areas thay worked in.

All was perfect from the first phone call. Emma scheduled the appointment on Monday, for Thursday morning (she's very sweet) and called 30 minutes before to ask if the tech could come a few minutes early - something I really appreciated since I was meeting him at my elderly mother's house and she has a hard time with deviations. I was able to call her and let her know we were coming early. The tech was great! Super polite, professional and respectful. Although the job was minimal, he made me feel like he truly appreciated our business. Great experience. Thank you!

We called to schedule an appointment the office said they would have someone stop by in the afternoon to look at our project and they would call with a time for the afternoon. They called in the am and had time to come but we could not do it then since we already arrange to be home in the afternoon. We called the office a few days later to reschedule and this time we were given a time of noon. Noon come and no one showed or called. Someone finally called at 2:30pm saying that they could come out that afternoon the person never had us down for a noon visit.

Three days later, a girl from the office called to see how the work went. I told her that I never used the company because no one ever returned my calls.

I discovered the Pool panel appeared to have no power. I looked on Anges List for an electric company. I chose Dan House Electric and called after lunch. They told me they could help as soon as one of their employees finished his current job. Help arrived within the hour. He determined the problem and repaired the pool pump.

They are very good. I just moved here and used Angie's List to find them.

He was focused and totally professional as he solved our electrical issues. He wasted no time sorting out the wiring and making it all functional. He explained what he was doing as he did it, which gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing. He seemed to enjoy the work he was doing.

Promised to call my mom at my request to set up an appointment to go to my parents condo and resolve the electrical issue they are experiencing. No phone call. No follow through. I"m now looking for another electrician.

Remove old circuit panel; replace with new. Problems gone.

After a little miscommunication at the beginning when trying to get estimate we were very pleased with the rest of the experience. The employees were all very pleasant and professional. We were VERY happy with the installer and his "helper". We definately will use (and have already recommended) this company for any and all future electrical work.

Installed a new Mitsubishi Electric cooling and heating unit in Florida room.

The estimate was within the range I knew we could expect for this kind of service. When the work was done, the bill was at the very low end of the estimate range. I felt throughout that I was being dealt with honestly, and though I had to wait for a work appointment because they are busy, the supervisor came out very soon after my inquiry. I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was the second electrical company I contacted. The first, also highly rated on Angie's list, had given an estimate at the top end of the range and ended up wanting FIVE TIMES what Dan House charged. I am writing a separate negative review for them.

They are wonderful! They are efficient, very fair priced, and very reliable. They are the only ones I use! They are hands down the best company I’ve every dealt with. They researched everything they were so helpful.

I called at 2pm on a Saturday when an outdoor outlet that all of my water equipment is plugged into fried. Within 5 minutes my doorbell rang and Eric was there to fix the problem. Everything was fixed in a flash including replacing one of the cords to the water equipment that was damaged. I will definitely call Dan House Electric for my future electrical repairs.
