I’m giving this company two stars for the craftsmen who worked so hard but the project has yet to be finished. Many issues remain to be finished and calls and emails for a month have not been answered nor has any work been scheduled. Stove won’t fit in its opening, hole hasn’t been drilled in the countertop for the disposal, damage to island’s drywall needs repair, under cabinet lights need to be reinstalled etc.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I received a drawing of what my custom cabinets and floating shelves should look like plus a signed contract to be completed by June 9, 2021. The shelves were never floating and when I talked with Robert the owner he just growled yes growled at me and hung up on me. The entire project was never caulked. They had to come back and fix that. When I went to put things on the top shelves there were holes in the shelves that never were filled plus more caulking wasn’t finished. Poor customer service.

Robert is the most conscientious and meticulous business owner in Naples. He and his team helped us in the design phase and then did an excellent job with construction and installation. His work is top notch. It was terrific working with a local company that has the quality of a much larger business. Thank you to everyone involved with our project.

Although our home is only nine years old, the cabinetry in the kitchen and two guest bathrooms had been badly abused by the previous owners. Our kitchen is not large, but well laid out for our cooking needs. After reviewing four bids on replacing/refacing the kitchen cabinetry and two bath vanities, along with the counter tops and sinks, it was a “no-brainer” on who should do the work for us - Custom Cabinet Refacing of Naples. Not only did we feel positive about our meeting with Robert, his pricing was excellent and Custom Cabinet Refacing was the only one who was offering solid maple cabinetry done is whatever finish or color we wanted. Other bids were for “vinyl wrapped” doors on all cabinets, and not a single suggestion on design elements or convenience improvements. When we met with Robert at Custom Cabinet Refacing of Naples to exchange ideas on the work to be done, someone from his team had already been out to take measurements and photos. Robert already had some clever recommendations prepared on how to not only modernize the look of our kitchen, but also give it a more open feel. Robert’s ideas for the kitchen cabinetry and the bathroom vanities added a huge amount of storage space and provided easier access to the items we used most frequently. Once the work started, communication with both Robert and Judith was terrific. Their crew was always on time and left the area as neat as if they had never been there. The process moved quickly and was obviously very well organized. The outcome? Custom Cabinets Refacing of Naples no only met our expectations, but they made what can be a stressful and disruptive undertaking a pleasure. We are thrilled with the outcome and are now working with Robert on plans for our master bath. We give Custom Cabinets Refacing of Naples, Robert and his entire crew FIVE STARS! Great experience from start to finish! Robert, was highly recommended by a neighbor. Cabinets refaced, added cabinet and draws, crown molding,hardware,faucet,sink, tiled backsplash, lowered high bar to counter height, plaster work and added beautiful guartz counter! Quality products, great staff, completed the job in one week and stayed close to budget!

Working with Robert and the rest of the team at Custom Cabinet Refacing of Naples was a very pleasurable experience. The prices are fair and Robert is very thorough and fair. everyone involved with this project was wonderful. The actual building of the cabinets for the guest bath came out great. The master bath cabinets were refaced and an extra cabinet was built to extend the original cabinet....it all looks new. I cant say enough about the people involved. They were helpful but not pushy, made me feel like a family member and truly cared about getting the job done the way I wanted it. Excellent service and end result.

We had two projects going at the same time. Robert Weeks, the owner, was available anytime we had a question. The kitchen project was done in the time estimated which was approximately 5 wks after the new doors were ordered. Installation took about 3 days from start to finish. Bathroom took about 6 wks altogether. The tile installer and plumber were recommended by Robert. All the workers were prompt and efficient. We had one delay which was caused by the tile not being delivered on time. Otherwise, the job went smoothly and we were extremely pleased with the outcome.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. The owner of Custom Cabinet Refacing was very responsive to our needs and schedule. The work was done in a timely manner and the house was left as clean as possible each day the workmen were here. When a slight problem with the granite did arise, Robert took full responsibility to resolve the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Custom Cabinet Refacing to anyone looking to update a room at a reasonable price.

Robert did an excellent job building the cabinets for our new master bathroom. He worked with us designing the cabinet layout and the doors. His years of experience helped us to make good decisions when it came to designing the layout. His staff was always professional and courteous and available to address any concerns or questions we may have had. The final product was everything we expected and more. We love our new bathroom and would recommend Robert to anyone who needs cabinets for any project!

The way we look at it we got way more than we ever thought possible for the price. Robert Weeks is a consummate professional. His team of carpenters, installers, electricians and drywall experts are the best my husband and I have ever used. My kitchen is nothing short of spectacular!!! His attention to detail at the outset is spot on! We are definitely going to use him again to remodel our master and guest baths. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. We entertained several refacing companies' bids which were more money and they were not able to give us what we wanted. We are so glad we found Robert Weeks thanks to Angie's List!!!!
