+ 0 moreThey were very good. I was very pleased with them. I remember they charged me exactly what they said they were and I felt it was economical and fair. The thing that I mainly like is the fact that I was looking for someone who did not walk on my roof on the tile and they cleaned it with a chemical with hoses without standing on the roof and they did an excellent job. It was fine. I didn’t have any problems with them at all.
Description of Work: I used Crystal Clean Pressure Free Services to clean my roof and my driveway.

+ 0 moreThis company also did all the roofs in our community, but the price I listed was only for walk ways and driveways, the roofs were a separate contract, but also well done. They do a great job at a reasonable price. They do not walk on the roofs. They cover plants and furniture. Tommy and Doug were great to work with.
Description of Work: Pressure washed walkways and driveways in 56 unit home owner's association.

+ 2 moreTommy did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, the job took about 2 1/2 hours. I have subsequently recommended Crystal Clean to others in our community. Price was $300 to clean a Divosta Oakmont model. Vegetation located near the downspouts should be flushed with water during the cleaning process to mitigate effects of the bleach solution.
Description of Work: Cleaned roof, cage, gutters, lanai, walkways and driveway for one of the properties I watch.
