Description of Work: Large dead pine tree removed.

Description of Work: Called for a Landscape Proposal and left my information, name, address, e-mail and two phone #'s and was promised a callback that never happened. Very unprofessional!

Description of Work: Cut down a 20 ft palm tree, removed non-native Brazilian pepper trees, trimmed back bushes and shrubs.

Description of Work: They came to the house, I explained the major landscaping project for 2 hours, they promised to provide a proposal and I never heard from them.

Description of Work: Crawford has a services contract for our community. A team arrived and without our permission and any communication aggressively and needlessly trimmed a mature grove of privacy Travellers Palms. They cut live branches out from the heart of the plant thereby reducing the screening effect. For reasons unknown they did this without any communication even though we had advised them in the past to contact us before doing this kind of work. The result is severely compromised mature plants that cannot be 'restored' as they cut from the center. I would not use this firm as they fail to communicate and take decisions without considering the consequences.

Description of Work: Complete re-landscaping.Tree removals , Tree replacements,remove and replace all planting areas and install complete drainage system for all home gutter downspouts.

Description of Work: Crawford does our regular community lawn and garden work and they do a nice job at that so I had them give me a quote for some minor landscaping. They suggested adding 17 7-gal Gold Mound Duranda, 8 - 3-gal Ginger and 50 Penta flowers, plus removal of Flax Lilies and Fiscus. The price included labor, soil, fertilizer and the new plants were warranteed for a year. The quoted $985. I thought that the amount of plants were excessive and that they would quickly overcrowd the space, so I reduced the quantity to 11 Duranta, 3 Ginger and 24 Penta Flowers. The new price was $574, which I OK'd. The work was done in about 4 hours about a week later. During the planting they dug up and severed the telephone line to the house, which they informed me of immediately and said that they would pay for. We were without phone and internet service for a day, when the phone company arrived and provided a temporary connection above ground. A crew from the phone company arrived about a week later and buried the line. Now, 5 months later, all of the plantings have grown and neatly filled the space, so I would have to say that their original estimate of my needs was indeed excessive. In addition, about 40% of the Penta flowers have perished. I have not yet contacted them about that, but will wait until the rainy season subsides.

Description of Work: Wanted to change landscapers (monthly lawn and garden care) Called for a price quote -- someone from the company called me back about a week later and said they would have a field supervisor call me for an appt to visit.

Description of Work: Crawford does the landscaping and maintenance for my homeowner's association. They are well equipped, keep their vehicles clean and their staff is always attentive and friendly. Since I don't pay them directly I can't comment on their value, but when I mentioned to them that it appeared that my bouginvilla were looking poorly they readjusted my sprinkler heads and pronmptly fertilized. The plants look wonderful now.

Description of Work: We have a medium sized yard and they cut the grass, pruned everything, and fertilized the yard.
