Connie's Natural Cleaning Service's

Connie is simply lovely. She came out on a Monday (holiday) and estimated how much to do a first time cleaning as well as regularly scheduled cleaning. I had moved into my home almost a year before and had not had the house professionally cleaned, although I tried to stay on top of cleaning myself. Connie's crew did a fabulous job -- you could tell the minute you stepped into the house. You could eat off the floors (although we didn't!) and everything was just right. I will continue to use her services on a monthly basis, maybe more often if I feel the need.

Connie and her crew of two others did a great job. She came out and gave me an estimate and then scheduled an appointment for a deep clean. They did a terrific job, efficient and professional. I plan to use them now on a biweekly basis.

Connie was able to come out the very next day after I called her to provide an in-home estimate. We were looking to set up regular (either bi-weekly or monthly) housecleaning service. Right away we appreciated her professionalism, as well as her courtesy in noticing we did not have shoes on in the house and taking off her own shoes before entering. She provided a written estimate (as opposed to verbal ones we got from two other people). Initially the estimate was higher than what we had expected, but it proved to be right in line with two other services we received estimates from. She was also honest that our house seemed fairly clean and advised that we didn't need bi-weekly cleaning, once a month would be fine for us. It was nice to see that she wasn't just trying to make more money by trying to upsell us to more frequent (and more expensive) service. The initial service was a "deep clean" where they really got into every nook and cranny - it would have taken me a solid day (or more) to get the house this clean, but instead my husband and I went out for lunch and came home to a spotless house! They did arrive later than scheduled, but Connie did call ahead to let us know they were running late. Based on the wonderful job they did, we decided to book regular monthly cleaning with Connie as well. Hopefully the regular service turns out to be just as nice!

: She showed up on time. I have not used her yet, but I was so impressed with her presentation that I want to use her. I was not able to keep the cleaning appointments because of my mother?s death. She was very businesslike. There is a misrepresentation on her contract which I would like her to look at. She meant to say my monthly cleaning be twice a month but the contract says weekly. She is from another country and she is working really hard in getting her English correct. I felt like she really knows what she is doing. She explained to me over and over that she will be here for the first cleaning and made sure my mother felt comfortable with them. I wanted my mother to be with people who are safe and Connie was very positive. I wanted a person whom I can trust. She was very professional and I liked her personality. She seemed to be caring and she explained to me what needed to be done. I had a deep sense of comfort with her. She did a very good presentation of her company. I felt that she is very fair priced. She was open to any questions. She was very clear about her quotes. She called me to say she would be late. There was one bad response to her business on the reviews. I asked her about it and she did not get defensive at al. She told me her side of the story.

I originally called Connie based on great Angie's List reviews, and I am so glad I did! From estimate through the last two years of regular cleaning, she and her colleagues have been extraordinary in every way. Connie is amazing, and I cannot possibly say enough about how wonderful her people are. They do a great, great job, and have FAR exceeded my expectations. Absolutely the best housecleaning service I have ever had in the past 30 years, and I've had some very good people. It's a true pleasure to have such lovely, professional, conscientious, thorough, thoughtful people in my home. Always after they leave, it feels and smells wonderful. I especially appreciate that they use only natural, non-toxic products. What a difference. If I could give them higher than an "A" recommendation, I would.

I've had them clean my apartment four times now and they've done a great job. They are very professional. They do a very thorough cleaning job and basically one can eat on the floor after their cleaning.

She does a great job. She is very accomodating to what I want done specifically--she will do what I want her to do. She is very quiet, hard working, and I am pleased with her work.

They arrived on time with a team of 5 people and finished in 2 1/2 hours. I was very pleased to have the work done so well and in such a short period of time -- others I called did it themselves so they would have been here all day. I trusted Connie and her crew enough to leave while they worked. My only regret is that I'm out of their service area, so regular service will include a travel charge. The actual time worked was higher than the estimate, but she only charged me for the initial estimate. Great job.

Connie arrived promptly for the estimate, and scheduled services for a few days later. The team was late in arriving, but once they came, they went to work immediately and worked very hard to clean my house, even though it was very hot that day. They finished on time, and my house sparkled, smelled great and was a joy to behold. It is an extra bonus that Connie uses all natural products and is so friendly and easy to work with.

Connie's crew does a beautiful job of cleaning my house every two weeks. It always smells and looks great when they're finished.

I made and appointment and they did not show, nor did they call. They are as bad as the phone company circa 1990

Connie runs a very professional operation and I would definitely hire her again. She is very responsive and thorough. She came to my house the same day I called for an estimate and scheduled the work the week after. She went through my house pointing out what she would do and what she wouldn't do (there were no surprises is misunderstood expectations). On the day of the cleaning, she arrived with her team on time, went to work immediately and stayed longer than budgeted (without charging me more) to make everything right. She met all of my expectations. I had a couple of other quotes and no one came near the level of professionalism that Connie brings to her business. I will hire her again for a deep clean. It is unfortunate that Fremont is outside her range for regular cleaning services.

I very much appreciated their thoroughness and diligence. Having had knee replacement surgery, there were many areas I could not easily reach. My house is now clean and dust-free and I am quite happy with the experience.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the cleaning work and their use of environmentally safe cleaning products. They arrive promptly and get the job done. They make the extra effort to clean the places I never got to like pictures (and I have a lot hanging on my walls). I highly recommend Connie's Cleaning.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal. I phoned and emailed the vender and got no response. I emailed Angie's List and got no response. I feel totally cheated. Saddest part is that I think the Big Deal is a great idea and I wanted to try Connie's, and now I just feel ripped off.

Let me be frank here, I do not like to clean house. I loth it. I am lazy when it comes to hauling out the cleaning supplies and equipment. My husband and I are two very busy people. He is an executive with a local financial firm and I am a law student. Neither of us has either the inclination or time to clean our house the way we want it cleaned. I called Connie about a week ago. The owner herself was at my home the very next day to give me a quote for the initial cleaning and the cleaning on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. I have had housecleaners before so I knew the price range and services to expect. The initial cleaning rate was on par with the market rate but the service that was rendered beat every single one of my expectations. A 1600 square foot house with two dogs, two cats and two men. When Connie and her team left, I was left speechless. Every single inch of my house sparkled!! I will never have anyone else clean my home but Connie and her incredible staff. If I could give her and her staff an A+, I would.

She uses natural cleaning products. She doesn't do as thorough a job as we would like, but that is her business to just clean and not do housekeeping. She comes every two weeks. We are moving so we won't be able to use her services, but if we were not moving, we would still use her.

We emailed Connie, and got a response fairly quickly regarding her services. She came out to our apartment to do a free in-home quote. While the rate for the initial cleaning was a bit steep for us (I think it was $175), the rate for monthly cleaning ($100) seemed reasonable. We called/interviewed a few other "natural" home cleaning companies, but found that the others were either more expensive, or less responsive. Once Connie came by and we met her in person, we really liked her. We felt comfortable with having her in our home when we weren't there. She also took her shoes off before coming into our home (without us asking her to) and was friendly to our dog (which we thought was a good sign). We chatted for a bit with Connie, and came to learn more about her, and how/why she formed her business, as well as the folks that work with/for her. We really liked that there was a real person behind this business (rather than a large chain type company), and that she (the owner) took the time to come for the house visit. We've had Connie's team clean our house now 3 times (once per month), and have really been happy with the service. They do everything they say they will, and the quality is high. They have a high attention to detail, and have even done some nice touches like fixing up our bed for us, and washing our dog's food bowl. I don't know if that is standard or not, but we weren't expecting it, so it was a nice surprise! Everything has been cleaned very well, with no residual smells of any kind. Things are always put back in their place, and no problems with anything missing or broken. There was only one time where we came home and couldn't find something....a fleece blanket went missing. We looked everywhere with no luck. That night, as we crawled into bed to go to sleep, we realized where it went. Connie's team actually put in on our bed, layered in between our sheets and our nicer comforter! This is where the fleece blanket is SUPPOSED to go normally, but isn't where it was when they came to clean the house that day. We really appreciated this extra effort! I highly recommend Connie's Cleaning!

Connie initially met with me and provided a free estimate. She and her employees arrived at agreed upon time. She made arrangements to fit me in the schedule within a couple of days. Connie also provided some useful tips on how to keep my environment allergen free in the future.

I found Connie on Angie's List and hired her to clean my Mom's almost a year ago. My Mom was so happy with her that when my housecleaner went back to school, I hired Connie a few months later to clean my house too. Both my Mom and I have been extremely happy with Connie and her people and the work they do. I just saw the review by the person who gave her a D and she is crazy. Connie and her people always have done a very thorough job on both my Mom's and my house and neither house has ever had even a faint smell of vinegar. One of the reason's I hired Connie was that they only use natural cleaning products, not chemicals, so it is not only safer for my Mom, my family, my pets, but also for Connie and her workers. I remember when I was a little girl helping my Mom clean windows and glass with vinegar and it always worked great and never left a smell. Connie is a smart woman who uses tried and true cleaning products and methods to make both my Mom's and my house sparkle every week. I think her prices are very reasonable and have never had a problem with tardiness. So ignore that person who gave her a bad review and believe the tons of other people who have and are still giving her wonderful reviews! The first time you meet Connie you will immediately understand that it would be impossible for her to be rude to anyone. She is the nicest, most polite woman in the world. I would recommend Connie to everyone with total confidence!!
